Privacy Policy

M4M — Made for Memories is a digital product operated by BestRocks Group. M4M is operated by BestRocks Group.

We use the names, birth months, title, and subtitle you enter, plus your email, to create and deliver your personalized digital print. Until you check out, that design stays on your device. After payment we store the design, your email, and the finished files so we can send them to you. Download and save your files within 30 days of delivery.

If you allow optional analytics, M4M may keep a first-party record of the page and campaign you arrived from, and a visit event on our own systems. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics scripts, or fingerprinting. You can reject or change this from Cookie settings. This page is an explanation of current practice, not a claim of complete legal compliance.

Paddle collects payment details as Merchant of Record. M4M does not store card numbers. We use Cloudflare to run the site and store files, Paddle to process payment, and Resend to send the ready email.

Pinterest integration

The Pinterest application connected to this site is internal and used only by M4M. It accesses Pins, boards, and analytics on the M4M Pinterest account through OAuth. We use it to create and schedule our own organic Pins and to measure their performance. It does not access third-party accounts, messages, or contacts. We do not sell or share Pinterest data. Access tokens are stored as protected secrets. They are never placed in the client, in logs, or in the source repository. We retain only the Pin IDs, URLs, publication states, and metrics needed to operate this. Access can be revoked in Pinterest. To request deletion or to contact us: dpo@bestrocksgroup.com.
