You buy a personalized digital Family Birth Flower Bouquet for €9.99. You receive PNG and PDF files in A4 and A3. Nothing physical is posted. Any frame in photos is a mockup and is not included.

Files are usually ready within 2–3 minutes. Download and save them within 30 days of delivery.

Payment is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Taxes and the final total are shown in Paddle Checkout.

If files are not delivered or are defective, email dpo@bestrocksgroup.com. We will offer a correction, replacement, or refund case by case, through Paddle.
